SALI Collective Program Terms & Conditions
1. Enrolment
By enrolling in a SALI Collective program, workshop, course or community, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment
Full payment is required before access to the program is provided unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
3. Refunds
Due to the limited number of places available in our programs, payments are generally non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to a future program or provide a credit for future use.
4. Participant Responsibility
Our programs are designed to support personal and professional development.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes arising from participation.
5. Program Changes
SALI Collective reserves the right to make reasonable changes to program content, dates, facilitators or delivery format if required.
Where significant changes occur, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
6. Recording & Materials
Program materials, recordings, resources and content remain the intellectual property of SALI Collective unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without permission.
7. Community Conduct
Participants are expected to contribute respectfully and maintain the confidentiality of discussions shared by others within workshops, programs and community spaces.
8. Limitation of Liability
SALI Collective provides educational, coaching and facilitation services.
Participation does not constitute psychological, medical, legal or financial advice.
